Care and maintenance instructions

1. Clean the surface regularly:

For common stains such as coffee, tea, wine, juice, paints, nail polish, machine oils, pen inks, etc, you need to wipe the contaminated area immediately with common detergents, then wipe with clean water. Note that you should only use detergents with a pH of 6-8.

2. Avoid heat shock:

CENVISTONE products can withstand temperatures up to 120 °C, but you should still limit placing hot objects such as pots and pans directly on the surface.

3. Avoid direct exposure to the sun: 

Exposure to direct sunlight for a long time can cause deformation, warping, or color changing for CENVISTONE products. 

4. Avoid strong impacts: 

Although the product has a good bearing capacity, you should not stand on the surface or place too heavy objects, especially areas that may be weaker after the crafting process such as edges, corners, etc.
